Warm greetings friends, family and cherished fans,
How are you all faring during these uncertain times? My deep wish for each of you is that you are riding the waves of Covid’s challenges with perspective, resilience and good health!
Riding the Waves
Speaking of riding the waves with resilience, over the past seven and a half years of health and life ebbs and flows, I’ve had a lot of practice. And this practice was again deepened this past winter when I realized I had a serious dental infection that wore my energy right down. Then it was followed by my former partner’s near death/miraculous recovery accident. Not to worry though, he is doing well. However, all this amidst the pandemic weirdness was a handful!
Due to Covid, I could not see my dental team till mid-June. So I accessed how I’d gotten through other past storms in life. I also reached out for support from close friends and leaned into a stringent daily self – care regime that was the key, including Wim Hoff breathing Method, PEMT and meditation practice. And you know what? I’m doing great! To celebrate I am planning an epic Canadian road trip! ?

Stories of Hope & Resilience debut interview with Sheila Jordan
I love Thich Nhat Hanh’s mantra “No Mud no Lotus” that has come to mean so much more to me lately. Turns out the mud my life “Lotus” requires for nourishment, has been deepening what I teach in my coaching. “Accept what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be”. In doing so it led to the birth of this new interview series. Christie Full of Grace; Stories of Hope & Resilience. With my hero and dear friend, 91 years young, ‘jazz child’, Sheila Jordan!
I am so honored, excited and awed to share this debut interview with jazz’s beacon of resilience, joy and wisdom! Isn’t it amazing what can bloom, out of the mud?

Let me know what is your favorite part?
Be well, safe and take good care,
Love, Christie Grace xx
